One of the objectives of an antimicrobial stewardship program (AMS) is to limit the negative evolution of bacterial resistance. However, few studies have been able to show the benefit of these programs on this issue. It is therefore the main interest of this work conducted in a Canadian hospital (627 beds) that implemented a AMS program in 2009.
